HOW DO YOU FRAME THE PRINTS AND ORIGINAL ARTWORKS?
We offer different framings depending on the artworks.
For canvas prints or original paintings on canvas:
- Framed Canvas: canvas stretched to an inner stretcher bar and framed with shadow box floating frame outside.
- Stretched Canvas: canvas stretched to stretcher bars
For Paper Gi Clee Prints or original artwork on paper
- Paper Print Framed - framed with timber frame with acrylic glass on top.
- Unframed Paper Print - print on art paper or original drawing on paper, rolled up in mailing tube.

Our Printing Partner is located in Sydney and Melbourne and has Printing Facilities in USA. Depending where the Print is going - we make, pack and ship out your order.
How to care for ORIGINAL ARTWORKS and prints ?
Our prints are printed with the latest and best Epson printer using genuine UltraChrome® PRO12 Ink. As per Epson, the prints will last up to 200 years colour and 400 years black-and-white if they are taken care properly.
All you need to do is to :
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight;
- Wipe clean with a dry cloth gently when it's dusty.
- Avoid hanging in area that becomes moist every nigh / morning - as change of temperature and moisture can damage the wood bracers and canvas may warp.
Do you do custom size Original Artworks and Prints?
Yes, we do.
If you would like any custom sizes that are smaller than the sizes available on the website, you may just go ahead and place an order without checking with us.
Here is how:
- Choose the closest but larger size. For example, if you would like to order a print in 45*65cm, choose 50*70cm.
- Go to your shopping cart page, add an order note specifying the actual size. Complete the order.
Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact us to place an order for you. Our team review every order prior to process. We will confirm with you on receiving any custom size order.
Large Original Artworks
If you need larger size, please contact us to check and get a quote. We can do Large Original Artworks up to 300cm
How to hang Original Artworks and Prints?
All our framed canvas original artworks and prints will have professional framer's hang wire pre-installed, arrive ready-to-hang. You just need to get nails or hanging hooks ready. If the artwork is made with natural crystals, minerals and gemstones and is above 9 kg in weight - it is recommended to hang using D-Rings only and avoid the string as its going to sag under the weight.

Can I get my Original Artwork or Print personalized?
Sure Thing
Custom Original Art Commission:
- Change hanging direction
- As Artwork is made to Order - We can add Your Favourite Crystals, Seashells / Sand from Your favourite Beach, Your choice of Swarovski. Add Your Name or Other Meaningful words
Art Prints :
- Flip the image, vertically or horizontally. We do this a lot with our abstract wall art.
- Change printing shapes - rectangle to square, square to round, "Cropping"etc.
- Add/remove white border effect.
- Make lighter/Darker, Colder/ Warmer matching your color pallette.
- Change hanging direction
The personalization details should be mentioned in your notes when when place your order.
If you request other customization, please feel free to contact us , we will try our best to help.
How will I know if the colour will match my interior?
In order to get the colors right, we use resized original images as product images, strictly no PS or filter. However, even the same image may have different look on different devices and if shot in sunlight or rainy weather. For example, you will see the colours of the same image look slightly different on iPhone v.s. Andriod phones v.s. some desktop monitors.
If you have concern about colours, it's highly recommended to view the product images with different devices to double check. You are always welcome to contact us. If we have stock of the items you are after in our Sydney Artist Studio in Maroubra , we might be able to send you some photos or videos to help you make decision or You are welcome to come and have a look.
TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT
If you have concern about colours or sizes , If you are in Sydney it's highly recommended to call and make appointment for Trying Artwork in Your Home - We will come to Your home and bring the artwork for you to try on your wall. ( this option only available for Original Artworks that are in STOCK in Artist Studio) . You will need to contact us to organise the viewing. It is no obligation to BUY and it is FREE. If we have stock of the items you are after in our Sydney Artist Studio in Maroubra , we might be able to send you some photos or videos to help you make decision or You are welcome to come and have a look.

What is the shipping cost for ART PRINTS?
We are now offering FREE shipping Australia and USA wide. For a limited time only!
How long will it take to get my order?
Approximately
Australia Shipping : takes 3-5 Business Days
USA Shipping : 3-12 Business Days depending on State.
Do you do express shipping?
We can do rush order and express shipping at extra cost for some of the artworks, depending on what you are going to order and where to ship to.
We dispatch rush orders within 3 business days and ship out with express shipping. For most cities, it takes 1-3 days to deliver from Sydney to you. As the delivery time is up to the courier, if you need your order to arrive before a specific date. Please contact us to double check before you place rush order.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship all around the world. As we sell so many different sizes of wall arts, the shipping cost can only be calculated manually. We, therefore, can only manually place orders for you. Please contact us and, let us know what you are going to purchase and your address. We will find out what is the extra shipping cost.
Please be aware that there may be import tax charged by your country's custom which will be at customer's own cost. Antuanelle is not responsible for any custom/import tax of orders shipped overseas.
What if my product arrive damaged?
Art Insuarance
Our team would pack your order securely. Overall speaking we have an extremely low damage rate, but it cannot be totally avoid, thanks to some crazy courier 🤷♀️.
We will happily replace your artwork if it arrives damaged. No extra cost will incur, of course. Click here for the Replacement policy and process.
Which courier do you use?
If your order is to Australia, your parcel might be delivered by Australia Post, Courier Please, TNT or Fastway.
For oversea orders, we partner with TNT, Fedex and your local Post Office, such as New Zealand Post, USPS, Post Office UK, Canada Post etc.
