In the unlikely event you make a purchase through our secure checkout and receive an item that is significantly not as described or has been damaged in transit, we want to make it right (see details below). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know there is a problem, and we will work with you to reach the best possible resolution, whether that be arranging a return and refund.

Buyer Protection

If your purchase doesn’t arrive as described, we want to make it right. But to qualify for assistance your purchase must meet the following criteria:
  • The order was placed online through our secure checkout
  • The item was significantly not as described, damaged in transit or never arrived
  • You reported the issue within 7 days of delivery date (or within 180 days of the purchase date if the item never arrived)

 

Buyer Protection does not apply if:

  • You are returning an accurately described item, outside of the stated return policy
  • You elected to arrange your own shipping or pick the item up in person, and the item was damaged at pickup or during shipping
  • You purchased the item directly from somewhere else without using our secure checkout

This piece is infused with beautiful clear quartz crystal points nestled throughout the glass and acrylic. The golden veins create a regal feel to this piece.

This piece does not include hardware, but please contact me if you’d like me to include hardware at an additional cost.

 

Each piece is handmade in a home studio, and may have small imperfections on the surface of the resin such as fine bubbles, ripples or small particles that have found a way to the painting and cured within the resin during its 24-48 hour drying stage, if you want to see more photos of a piece or would like to request a video please contact me.

 

Epoxy Resin may yellow over time if exposed to UV light, please keep your piece of work out of direct sunlight.

 

This piece includes real broken glass/crystal pieces and can be very sharp. Be sure to wear appropriate gloves while handling.

 

Epoxy Resin is UV sensitive, appropriate UV blockers are used in the formula but may yellow over time with exposure to sunlight. Keep all pieces out of direct sunlight.

 

Seller is not liable for any damage or injury related to the artwork or being handled incorrectly or artwork yellowing over several years due to exposure to sunlight.
